Analysis: Datamed begins to study the project in order to understand customer needs. The documentation project (master plan) include:
• study the current state of the client ("As Is")
• a full description and illustration of the proposed solution ("To Be"),
• studying the procedures necessary to implement the solution ("Gap Analysis").
Development: Based on the final documentation of the project and the requirements of the customer Datamed develops or modifies existing software.
Implementation: The next step is to implement the project in terms of standards and procedures described in this study. The implementation includes:
