Analysis: Datamed begins to study the project in order to understand customer needs. The documentation project (master plan) include:
• study the current state of the client ("As Is")

Development: Based on the final documentation of the project and the requirements of the customer Datamed develops or modifies existing software.
Implementation: The next step is to implement the project in terms of standards and procedures described in this study. The implementation includes:
