Support and maintenance of IT systems of customers is equally important process as the implementation of such a system.  Datamed provides a full technical support throughout the chain of products. The services of maintenance contracts are supported and enforced, either  by experienced technical staff and partners Datamed, either by each manufacturing industry in such a way as to ensure at all times the availability and continuous operation of systems.
Datamed provides constant, comprehensive technical support to customers through its own dedicated staff and continuous cooperation with our experienced technical staff associates. The company's facilities operate:

• Call-center customer service (help desk)
• Customer Service Centre
• Department  Engineering Support
• Center for repair and replacement

Datamed, to meet the growing needs and market demands, has created the Customer Service, which has the appropriate structure and organization, skilled manpower, modern technology and modern facilities.
Maintenance and support systems available to customers of Datamed, under maintenance contract which is properly designed to provide the  customers flexibility in the configuration of the maintenance contract, which they consider suitable for their business. Thus, they can choose maintenance contracts with or without spare parts, variable response times and repair, extended hours of support reaches out to 24 hours / 7 days a week, maintenance, services outsourcing (staff available to support customer’s Information Systems).
Through its extensive network of quality support, Datamed is able to provide its customers with the same SLA (Service Level Agreement) in any part of Greece. The Contract or SLA Service Level Assurance is a form of contract that accompanies the main contract, which both describes the services offered, and lays down the quality on the basis of directly measurable and jointly previously agreed criteria / indicators.
