The TDWorkstation software offers comprehensive capabilities for managing instrument interfaces and results. Each workstation can support up to six online analyzers, a printer, and a host computer connection.
With the TD-Synergy product line, over 6000 analyzers have been connected online. A connection menu of over 475 different analyzer types covering all disciplines is available.

Its intuitive, object-oriented design and consistent visual presentation provide a user-driven system that enhances both user effectiveness and efficiency. TDWorkstation is supported by an extensive results handling capability that uses advanced graphics technology combined with smart use of color to aid presentation and interpretation of results. Conceptually it forms the “User’s Desktop” providing all relevant information and tools needed to enable users to perform their tasks. Through the TDWorkstation the operator has direct access to facilities that manage each area of laboratory activity.

User Interface
TDWorkstation uses advanced graphics technology combined with smart use of color to aid presentation and interpretation of results. Normal ranges, review ranges, alert values and delta check limits are individually color-coded, immediately focusing the operator's attention on the nature and relative value of a result. Results are interpreted easily by defining age and sex related ranges which can be selected by species.
Actions automatically proposed by the system (rule-based system) or manually requested by the operator, such as reruns or dilutions, are clearly flagged, as are edited values and analytical alerts received from connected instrumentation. A single Review and Edit window gives easy access to more detailed information including quality control, previous patient results and patient/sample comments. Images such as electrophoresis curves are included, enabling high quality decision-making.
