

It is the policy of Datamed to always provide our customers with products and services that comply exactly with the declared and agreed standards and which meet the needs and expectations of customers. To achieve the objectives of this policy, involving all responsible members of the Company, the Management of Datamed leads the way for the implementation of Quality assurance at all levels of the Company.
To ensure the above objectives, the Datamed has developed and installed a Quality Management System, which is designed according to the ELOT EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality management systems - Requirements. It also conforms to and RM E3/833/99. Taking into consideration the requirements of the statutes Datamed SA, and everything else having implementing national, European and international standards and guidelines.
Complementary to the ELOT EN ISO 9001:2008, the Quality Management System Datamed SA take into account the guidelines of the standard ISO 9000-3:1997 Part3: Guidelines for the application of ISO 9001:1994 to the development, supply, installation and maintenance of computer software, processes for the production, delivery, installation and maintenance of software.
Even the Quality Management System incorporates the requirements of EN 46001 Particular requirements for medical products, related medical equipment, to meet the specific requirements associated with the company's activity in telemedicine.
The system and quality policy reviewed by the Managing Director to ensure continued profitability and the ability to support the objectives of the company. Also reviewed regularly by the system and quality control officials to ensure that they meet current needs and expectations of our customers.
The Director of Quality Assurance, which has been designated by the Administration of Datamed , has the power and jurisdiction to supervise the implementation, operation and continual improvement of Quality System. Also, it has the authority and the organizational freedom to identify and investigate problems that affect the quality of products, services and written Quality Management System.
