In March 2009, all the shares that were held by ALTEC SA (70%) were transferred to Mr. Anestis Christodoulakis.
From then on, Mr. Christodoulakis, President and CEO of Datamed Systems Integration & Consulting Services, holds all the shares of the company (100%).
